Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it is the whole app. Up to 5 clients, with bookings, invoices, payment requests, your booking page, GPS walk tracking, expenses and receipt scanning, analytics, the tax estimator, calendar import and AI day updates all included. It does not expire and it does not ask for a card.
What does Premium actually unlock?
Unlimited clients. That is the only difference — every other feature is in the free plan and stays there.
Is there a free trial?
No, because the free plan is not time-limited. Rather than give you 30 days of everything and then take it away, we let you run up to 5 clients for as long as you like and only charge when your roster outgrows that.
Do you take a cut of my bookings?
Never — there is no Dogsittr commission on your bookings, and we never hold your money. If you switch card payments on for your booking page, Stripe processes the payment into your own Stripe account and pays you out on its schedule; Stripe's processing fee is the only cut anyone takes. You can also ignore payments entirely and take requests without them.
How do I cancel?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, choose Dogsittr and tap Cancel. You keep Premium until the end of the billing period. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
What happens to my clients if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. You keep access to everything already in your account; you just cannot add new clients beyond the free plan's limit until you resubscribe.
Will the price increase?
If it ever does, Apple requires that you are notified and asked to agree before a higher price is charged. An existing subscription is never silently raised.
